Order Process

After selecting your products the Checkout process takes you to Orkneycommunities PayPal store.

Our order process uses PayPal for secure online payment, and the payment process adheres to their terms and conditions as detailed on their pages.

When purchasing you will be asked to check your order and confirm that you wish to make the purchase, before any payment is taken. We will receive notification of your order by email, along withyour address details.

On receiving your order we will endeavour to post it out as quickly as possible. Note that UK delivery is likely to take 3 days, and European delivery a little longer, probably a week,

If anything is wrong with your order, or you wish to send the calendar(s) back, contact Steven Heddle directly using our Feedback page, to arrange a refund etc.

When making payment the process may state 'Steven receives:' at some point. This relates to the named person who set up the Orkneycommunities account, and all funds are deposited in the Orkneycommunities account!

Our sales process is governed by applicable legislation, in particular the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) 2000 Regulations and the Electronic Commerce Regulations 2002.
