Image library registered user: you have subscribed for updates on comments or pictures you have contributed to the Orkney Image Library. We hold only your name and email address on our database, protected by password, accessed only by staff that need to complete specific tasks. Our website and social media accounts do not have access to this information. We never pass this information onto third parties. You may unsubscribe from updates at any time, have your details removed from our database, or ask for your contribution(s) to be removed by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Member site owners: We hold your contact details on our database for our administrative and trading purposes only. We do not pass this information onto third parties, unless legally obliged to. You may view your record at any time by sending an email to email@example.com. We will hold your details for the period required for trading records only, at which point they will be removed.
All information is stored on computer protected by password, accessed only by staff that need to complete specific tasks. Our website and social media accounts do not have access to this information.
