Orkneycommunities.co.uk is once again holding an online AGM, which will take place at http://www.

Notification of additional agenda items
Due to the bature of the online AGM there is no AOCB section, and therefore all items for discussion are listed as a separate agenda item.

Discussion of agenda items
Thereafter the AGM will commence and discussion will take place for one week on agenda items for the w/c 31st July 2023 i.e. until end of 6th August 2023.
During this time amendments to agenda items can be notified.
Voting on agenda items
If necessary, voting will then take place for one week on the Agenda items and any amendments notified for w/c 7th August 2023 i.e. until 14th August 2023. Members will be reminded of this at the time if voting is necessary.
Registration of attendance
To participate please register your acceptance or otherwise of the agenda items present from 31st July 2023 onwards by placing a comment at the item, identifying yourself and your group. Participation is encouraged to ensure the Online AGM is quorate.

Members are also encouraged to become a member of the orkneycommunities.co.uk
The current committee has 5 voting members, with up to 12 voting members allowed by our constitution. The five existing members will be going forward for re-election. In the event of there being more than 12 nominations the committee membership will be determined by a vote during the AGM.
