The next amble will be at Newark Bay, Deerness, from 10am on Tuesday 19th July, whatever the weather! This is an easy flat amble on a well-marked track along the shore and back the same way to the cars. Carparking is plentiful although sharing would be good and this is inside the dunes so quite good for a picnic if you like. In case you don't know. drive past the airport, past Quoyburray Inn and continue to a crossroads - here the sign says Newark Bay on your right, with the left pointing to the Covenanters Memorial.
