13 January 2024Second chance - play reading and casting - Sun 14 Jan

Good news for anyone who didn't see our previous post about the play reading until it was too late, or was busy on Wednesday night - there's going to be a second play reading this coming Sunday, 14 January at 4pm in the old Herring Factory so please do have a think about coming along, or sharing this with anyone you think might be interested.

We'd love to see anyone interested in being part of this, and the roles available are:

Male – in spite of what it says in the script, we see him as only a little older than the other two characters, and not necessarily Scottish.

Female – early 30s and has grown up in Croy, just outside of Glasgow.

Male – Annie’s high school sweetheart, also 30s and, like Annie, grew up in Croy.

The play is a drama with some comedy and will be performed as part of the Orkney District SCDA One Act Play Festival at the end of February so rehearsals will start imminently!
