We are continuing the conversation about mental health and we think it is important that everyone knows that "It's Okay".
It's okay to have bad days, make mistakes, be less than perfect (nobody is perfect), need some space, need a you day and need a break.
It is okay to need these things and actually it is needed. It's not being selfish, it is looking after yourself and knowing your own mind and body.
At Employability Orkney we have an open dialogue regarding mental health and know the importance of supporting our staff and volunteers through any struggles they may have. We know that with support and understanding they can grow in confidence and learn how to manage challenges that can affect their well-being and mental health.
So start today look after yourself and know that their is always someone to listen.
