Course 12 (5, 3, 5 and back) was selected for the northwesterly breeze. There was close racing with many place changes at the front of the fleet. The second race win went to Il Mostro with Teebro very close behind and Tippy in 3 place. Aquamania was disqualified due to hitting another boat without doing a penalty. The summer evening points racing hosted by Holm Sailing Club was postponed by a day due to a lack of wind. The series was due to begin on Tuesday but instead three snipes congregated in St. Mary's Bay on Wednesday for three races. Last Orders (Raymond Grieve and Jo Birket) rigged up but did not launch due to a technical issue.

The course was a triangle across to 4, then 1 and in. The weather was a bit damp but there was a decent breeze.

Along with the racing boats was a mixture of different boats enjoying the evening, with Craig Bruce in a Laser 4000, Kyle Harcus in a Laser, Sam Hurcus in his skiff Bella. John Orr and Darren were out in a Taser.

Despite the wet conditions the sailors enjoyed the evening. Many thanks to Robbie Peace and Bob who drove the safety boat and to Lesley Spence and Jom MacDonald who did the race management.
