Pastoral Care
The pastoral care volunteers at Kirkwall East offer assistance for people in the community especially those who may have difficulty getting along to church activities.
Assistance may be available by means of:
Transport - volunteer drivers are available to give you a lift to services on Sundays. A driver rota is printed each month in the East Window you can contact them or Jen on 877848
Recorded services – the service at Kirkwall East is recorded each Sunday. Copies of the service can be delivered regularly or just for a few weeks when you are not able to get out. If you would like a CD contact Mrs Karen Stevenson (Pastoral Care Group) on Kirkwall 874357
Home visiting can be arranged for people who are housebound and would like a church visitor. To request a visitor please contact Bessie on 875104
