Booking Information

All enquiries about booking a space at the community facility should go through our Bookings Clerk, Katherine Muir, via [email protected]

Available for hire are:

  • Hall
  • Community Room
  • Joint Room

Other spaces that can be used: Kitchen facility, Foyer and Crush.

Additional information about the spaces, use cases, dimensions and capacity will be added soon.

Hire Charges

Adopted 19 March 2024

Session means any 4-hour period, or part thereof.

Hire charges to be reviewed annually at the first committee meeting following the AGM.

Charges for specific or special requests falling outwith these parameters will be at the discretion of the Bookings Clerk, in collaboration with the Chair and Treasurer.
