Cup games continue....

Darts continues next week with two cup games.

On Monday, it’s the 301 challenge cup in the Masonic and it’s for ‘A’ league teams of 4 to 6 players and as the title suggests, it’s a 301 double start event as it used to be played in the old league days.

Then on Tuesday, it’s the ‘B’ boys turn and it’s in the Legion and it is also a 301 double start cup.

Then it is on to the leagues with both starting on Monday, January 23, with the reverse fixtures of the last half os the season.

The first ranking points event of the New Year, it is E R & T Craigie singles on the 27th January in the new venue of the Tankerness Hall.

It’s the fifth of seven ranking points events, and with a home game versus Shetland in April, and with the points very close, there should be a big turnout.

There will be a committee meeting on Wednesday, January 18, in the Masonic at 8pm.

Monday, January 16.
301 Challenge Cup (A), Masonic, 7.30pm

Tuesday, January 17.
301 Challenge Cup (B), Legion, 7.30pm
