Thorfinn started volunteering at Employability Orkney at the beginning of the year. He helped us out in the shop and on our busy van and was fab member of our team who got along with everyone.

Thorfinn has taken on every challenge we have given him and we have all watched as his confidence in his abilities has grown.
Thorfinn proved himself to be a valuable team member and this will help him as he moves on to do a trial at Littlejohn Removals.
