Success Story - Archie

 

Archie joined our team in September 2021, initially with a 6 month contract but was offered an extension.

 

Restart Orkney was Archie's first job and he came in to it with a great attitude to learn and take on new challenges.

 

It has been great to watch Archie grow in confidence and have faith in his own abilities. When he started he was shy in approaching customers but Archie now leaves us with great customer service skills that will help him in his new role at the Skalpaflói Cafe.
