Sailing is on hold in Orkney for the next few weeks due to the Corona Virus Pandemic. The Corona Virus situation has put most of Orkney's sporting activity on hold, sailing at Holm Sailing Club will be suspended till 16 June. This date may be reviewed as the circumstances change.
The 2020 Holm Sailing Club AGM was held on 12 March. The minutes are available here.
Although there is no sailing just yet there are some club activities online. Check out the Holm Sailing Club facebook page.

The 2019 UK Snipe National Championships was hosted by Bala Sailing Club, Wales. Congratulations to Alan Williams and Liz Pike who won the event.
Island Games: Gibraltar hosted the 2019 Natwest International Island Games. Orkney is due to host the 2023 event. The next Island Games will be Guernsey in 2021.
Henrique Haddad and Gustavo Nascimento win the 2019 Snipe World Championships hosted by Escola de Vela Ilhabela in Brazil. The Brazian team came out on top out of a tough fleet of seventy boats.
