Year One

Y'know, the first year of this two year project was a pretty busy one!  We did 17 SongShares right across Orkney's Mainland, North and South Isles, we went into residential care homes and schools, and liaised with folk from all over. 

Sadly, the project is at an end and there will be no more SongShares.  Orkney Singers continues, however, so we are still here to share what we found in our two year project through this website, and will continue researching and sharing in Orkney's sung heritage.
