14 July 2017Stromness SC wins the Inter Club
There was a fantastic turnout of seven boats from Stromness SC and six boats from Holm SC for the annual Inter Club competition held this year in Stromness. The first six Stromness boats in the first race were used in the results for both races to make it fair against the visitors' six boats.
Stromness SC won by 62 points to 94 points on the low score system and again retained the trophy. Well done guys and many thanks to the sailors from Holm SC for coming over to Stromness to make a fight of it. We look forward to the challenge next year in Holm.
