Woodland Nymphs

by Unknown - 21:17 on 21 October 2012

Grief....my spelling...the Woodland Nymphs aka the Bots had a delightful day in the South Ronaldsay woods on Tuesday...a prior trip to Windwick was devoid of seal pups but the woods were superb...Coal-tits, Long-tailed tits and so many tame Goldcrests we were entertained throughout the walk..a weak attempt to ID the various trees was abandoned in favour of enjoying the superb weather, delightful views, excellent light, friendly banter and peaceful ambiance.
