ORKNEY VINTAGE CLUB
Annual General Meeting 2020
This year, as we are sure you will understand, we are not able to hold the normal AGM due to the social distancing measures we have to comply with during this Covid-19 pandemic. Instead we will conduct the meeting by email, telephone and post. We are, however, very keen for our membership to have the opportunity to take part as usual.
If you are a member of the Orkney Vintage Club you will have recieved the following attached papers:-
Minutes of the last (2019) AGM
The Annual Report covering the Chair’s Report on the year’s activities and the Treasurer’s Report and accounts for the period 1st April 2019 to 31st march 2020.
A letter detailing how you can express your opinion and join in the process.

Ian Stallard proposed that the above committee members should continue to serve on the committee.
This was seconded by Michael Shearer.
Ian Stallard also raised the question of storage for the ticket boxes used at the Orkney Classic Motor Show usually held at Orkney Auction Mart in August each year. Click here to see the proposal and comment from Prof Tom Stevenson.
Accounts for 2019 20 were proposed as correct by Jean Tulloch ans seconded by Stephen Ross.
Auditors, Foubister and Bain, were proposed to continue for next year by Steven Metcalf and seconded by Jonathan Fulcher.
