Things are looking very exciting for Orkney's traditional song in the future, with old songs coming to light for the first time in decades. Even if you only like singing in the bath, this is the place to come for inspiration (and maybe even some techniques!).
It's nearly over

We've only three more SongShares left! The time has absolutely flown past, and I hope you'll agree that we've managed quite a lot in just under a year. The project is far from over when the last SongShare empties its teapot for the last time though. The BOSP songsters have already started going into care homes to share song and memories with the folk in there, and the next phase of the project is to start going into the schools to share the songs with the bairns.
If you aren't in any of the homes or schools don't despair! A few workshops and concerts are also planned, and perhaps even a cd or two...
