Photos of the new memorial built by Willie Budge of Grimness, South Ronaldsay on Lambs Holm to commemorate the 12 men killed (7 drowned and 5 died of injuries) while building the Churchill Barriers during World War 2 have been added to the Holm section of the website and can be seen using the link below.  A full description of the impact of their work and details of the deaths is in the Holm Word Documents list.
