Kirkwall Royal British Legion has an 11 foot 6 inch long stair lift available free to anyone who can make good use of it.  Consideration will be given to assisting with installation costs if appropriate.  Photo of the stair lift can be seen using the link below.  Anyone interested should contact the Legion's welfare officer, Norman Logie, whose email address is on the website.
