Welcome to Stromness Museum
Stromness Museum is an independent museum maintained and managed by a committee of volunteers elected from the members of the Orkney Natural History Society Museum.
Running costs are met from entrance fees, friends memberships, donations and grants.
Summer Opening Hours (Apr-Oct)
Daily: 10am - 5pm
Weekly ticket, come back as often as you like for 7 days
Adult £5.00 (concessions £4.00)
New objects in the museum include the name plate from the fishery cruiser Longa
