1400-1800 Archive films will be on show during the afternoon at the Heritage Centre. These are amateur 'home-made' films, and they will be playing on a continuous basis, so there is no particular start time

1400-1600 Sanday's Girl Guides will be running their popular tea-room at the Heritage Centre for the early-afternoon visitors

1930 in the Community Room at the School; Bob Mowat, from the Royal Commission on Ancient and Historic Monuments, will give a talk about Sanday's Shipwrecks

2030 in the Community Room at the School; a Candlelight Concert by Login's Well, fronted by Frank Keenan. Great traditional tunes and vocals plus original material - BYOB (glasses supplied). 1300 Lunchtime talk at Belsair by Frank Bardgett:  'Rev. Matthew Armour and the 19th-Century struggle in Sanday between the crofting 'masses' and the landlord 'classes'

1300-1600 Open Studios: Ruth Brough (Millhouse), Dominique Cameron (Sandquoy) and Bill McArthur (Lettan) - all in the north end - see map.

1445  at School: Kirkwall City Pipe Band

1500 at School: Sanday Soulka Seven K Sprint - a fun-run/walk/cycle run by the staff of the Fitness Suite - all proceeds to the Sanday Lifeboat Guild for funds supporting the RNLI. Entry fee £4.00/£2.00
