Monday 21st March 2011, Orkney College, Kirkwall, 1030 am - 3 pm

Historic Scotland is currently working with Marine Scotland, Scottish
Natural Heritage and the Joint Nature Conservation Committee on the
Scottish Marine Protected Areas project. As part of this project,
Historic Scotland is preparing draft guidelines for the designation and
management of Historic Marine Protected Areas under the Marine

isles in developing these guidelines prior to formal consultation.
