The application has now been made for the cancellation of the Kirkwall flexible routeand it is due to stop at the end of September.
This route has been used by nearly 3000 people since it started in late October last year. It will mean that these passengers will probably revert back to using our Dialabus service and will now be required to either use their once a week local concessionary travel or pay £3 each way for their journey. This will be a big loss for some of our partner organisations and their members, such as Salvation Army, Tuesday CLub,Good Companions and evergreens
