Canoe Polo takes place in Kirkwall Swimming Pool  Friday 9 November 7.30 - 9 pm - please note earlier time this week only.

Confidence in the water is essential and ability to roll is an enormous advantage.

Just turn up on the night with your normal swimming gear and all equipment and training will be provided.

Spectators welcome at this fast and furious sport.
