Awards for All have just announced a grant of £9,999 to Kirkwall Kayak Club. This award is for the purchase of kayaks and trailer, purchase of equipment and training of coaches. KKC Chairman, Kristian Cooper said, "This is wonderful news for the future of kayaking on Orkney and means we can continue to expand our ambitious youth development programme".
