Polystyrene house

Alan writes:

'Donald Wylie and Sam Robinson outside Orkney's first polystyrene house in Deerness. Donald and Sam are partners in this new venture. The system is well proven originating from Germany- lightweight polystyrene blocks fit together like Lego, and a channel down the centre is then filled with concrete. This is not a small house but they tell me the heating costs have been estimated at only £200.00 a year.'
