19/05/12 - There are the most tadpoles ever in our pond this year. We have been feeding them and they look as if they might turn into very healthy frogs.

That is a lovely photo. I have none in my ponds this year at all, which I'm very disappointed about. Not sure whether to blame weather or neighbouring cats.

I had a lot of spawn but very few tadpoles.

The one on the extreme left seems to have gone belly-up. Hope not too many others followed suit.
