Pig Trough

I got this from my good friend Souster (Stewart Linklater) about twenty years ago. He dug it up from the midden at South Setter, and thinks it may have come from somewhere else. I do not keep pigs. It is a planter. It is not a one man lift!

Comments:
it is a pig trough.I have one in my garden used as a plant pot now. Brought it up to Shetland when my mother died. Didn't want to see it dumped. It certainly is very heavy but it needed to be as the pigs could easily move it around.
