Gentleman with sea trout

1930's a guess. Can anyone shed some light on the identity of the fisherman?
21 March 2007.

Hi Ian, I thought I had seen this picture somewhere before it's R.G.(Bob)Harrold and it's printed in Soft winds and sudden squalls the book about the first 100 years of the Orkney trout fishing association.

Would this be Robert Grieve Harrold watchmaker who lived at 6 Albert St in the 1901 census?
