Progress on the new KGS

Progress on the new KGS. As someone who loathed PE I'm highly delighted to see the playing fields laid waste. It probably means more 'cross country' though.

I also hated games. I was thinking that the Bignold Park would be very suitable and convenient for a housing scheme.
But I don't want to start a row.

I feel sorry for the folks living in the properties facing this development. A lot of them probably bought their houses thinking that they would be looking at green playing fields for the rest of their tenure. All they will see soon is concrete and glass.

It wasn't that many years ago that thousands of tons of sand were spread on the school playing fields as they were waterlogged.
