Telstar was badly damaged when she dragged her anchor in the hurricane in 1985. Remember her being towed to Stromness and lifted out at the Ness boatyard Andy Dunnet did a lot of work on the port side planking olso repaired decking and a new wheelhouse was fitted she olso had a new 120 hp de rated to 108 hp six cylinder Ford Sabre installed.
