PARISH CUP

Following a great 1 - 1 result at home, Holm recently travelled to Bignold Park, Kirkwall where they took on, last years cup holders, St Ola. An early goal put pressure on Holm. However, a fantastic header of Neil Ewing saw the equaliser. Just before half time, Steven Budge of St Ola, managed to get the ball past Holm keeper, Scott Wilson.
The start of the second halfsaw Holm get 'clumsy', St Ola scoring two goals past sub-keeper, Graeme Horne. Holm tried fighting back with no avail. The Final score of 4 - 1 (5 - 2 on aggregate) sees Holm knocked out of the Parish Cup this year.

A League Surprises...

League "Outsiders" Holm are shocking clubs from around the county. Holm initially shocked many with a 1 - 0 away win over Rovers. Next they played 1st place Rendall, who they only lost by 2 - 1. Again, a surprising result to many.
Last Night, the played away to St Andrews and managed to secure a fantastic 2 - 0 win, with goals from Kevin Hancock and Graeme Horne. Holm currently lie in 4th place, above Rovers, St Andrews, Dounby and Stromness.
