The site will allow more features, including video and audio which will hopefully be available as the year goes on.
Holm Get Their Hands On Silverware! Friday 1st September saw Holm beat off Division 2 Rivals to clinch the Thomson Cup. After the Full time whistle, the teams were drawn, so the match went into extra time. Craig Horne's shot looked destined for the 'Hope's Goal however just went wide. Extra time passed with no additional goals being scored and so to penalties...AGAIN! Both teams were level after each taking 4 penalties, Holm's chances of winning were down to Clarky, who slotted the ball past the keeper. Next, Holm watched anxiously as the 'Hope's Derek Ward stepped up to take his penalty.The last shouts from the crowd showing equal support for both teams. The crowd went silent as Ward moved towards the ball,aiming for the bottom right-hand corner.Holm went wild askeeper Graeme Horne denied Ward a goal. The Thomson Cup was Holm's!
