Unfortunately due to a number of apologies the AGM on Thursday 26 October was not quorate and so will have to be rearranged in order to adopt the minutes of the previous AGM as an accurate record, and appoint trustees to the new committee for 2023-24.
The Secretary and Communications post is presently vacant.

We're hoping to see a few new faces this Thursday at our AGM - even if you don't actually want to join the committee please do come along as showing interest is still helpful!

The group has been quiet over recent months as several members have had some personal matters to deal with, so we have not been as active online or on site as we would have liked. If you'd like to help revitalise the group, please consider coming to our AGM and joining the committee.
As a trustee you would help steer and make sensitive, though-out enhancements to this much loved place, as well as get involved in the physical work on the site. There are also vacancies on the committee for those with skills in secretarial and communication work.
