Firth Brew Rules 2013
Posted on 04 May 2013

Just a reminder to anyone who is wanting to check the rules. As the 'non local' categories have been removed this does NOT mean people who live outisde Firth can't enter. Anyone, regardless of where you live in Orkney can still enter the competition. All beer enteries are in one class and all the wine in another.

There was a few errors on the information sheet in the Library links which may have lead to some confusion. this has now been corrected.

Any queries feel free to get in touch.

Firth Brew 2013
Posted on 09 April 2013

There is still time to get some last minute brews on for the competition this year! It's the 18th May and will follow the usual format although some of the categories have been reduced to streamline and improve the event. The 2013 competition will also feature some of Rob Hill's award winning beers. So if the home made varieties are not to your liking you won't go wrong with Swanney Highland Brewery beer! We hope to see many people for an enjoyable night. The latest entry information can be seen here or by following the links on the left to the Library page.
