Human Resources Library Project

Many of the dowloadable Human Resource related guidance notes and sample policies available on the Community Toolkit were written and compiled by Glasgow Council for the Voluntary Sector and Voluntary Action Orkney as part of a Big Lottery funded project through the Supporting Voluntary Action programme being administered by the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations.

The project was commissioned by the Supporting Voluntary Action Management Group to develop a quality assured library of template Human Resource policies, procedures and associated guidance.
