The Joint Improvement Team (JIT) website is packed with information relevant to support agencies and voluntary groups involved in health and social care provision, particularly those working as part of a health and social care partnership. Of particular relevance to the Change Fund and Reshaping Care for Older People are the support materials on the JIT website.

A new Community Toolkit section offering guidance and advice about volunteering has been launched.
