Notes for Tea Groups
1. Cinema group will step in if a group can’t make their month, or will do Jan 2025.
2. Groups please remember you may need to bring tea, coffee and sugar.
Tea, Coffee, Sugar is kept in the U3A box in Cupboard 1 in the kitchen.
If you see it’s running low, please either buy more or advise the group for the following month.
3. Please bring milk & biscuits (for 50+). Please also ensure a gluten free option is available.
4. Give all receipts to the treasurer for reimbursement.
5. If Group Leaders are struggling to organise their month, please let both Alison & Keith know ASAP so we can organise substitutes.
