U3A Scabble Group-mini update
We continue to meet every Friday in the Kirkwall Town Hall-though not everyone comes each week-
Usually we have three tables playing and we are mixed abilities.
One of our better players recently found herself handicapped by having been denied playing two letter words!
She had a struggle but I believe she won by a few points!
Here are few two letter words that are permissable
AA,AI,GU,HM,MM,Yu and XU.
A few three letter ones that come up occasionally are-
ZZZ,ZUZ,ZEX,YUS,YGO,VAU,SWY,PHT,OSE,OIK,MHO,LEK,HMM,CLY and ABY.
