Blowming good Piping lessons with world class piping instruction at it's best.
We offer world class piping tuition with our Pipe Major Mark who plays with Grade 1 bands and has collected many personal trophies over the years through solo piping competitions. Many of our current pipers, taught by Mark, who wished to compete have been successful in competitions picking up several trophies and medals. Allan who played for several year with the Perth band is on hand to assist.
Our Drumming classes beat all
Our main drumming tutor is Clifford, Clifford has been taught by a grade 1 leading drummer so he brings all this knowledge to the band. Our drum corp is fortunate to have Dave (Who also plays the pipes) to teach, Dave spent several years playing side drum with the North Berwick Pipe Band. Our drummers regularly attend drumming workshop weekends in Aberdeen run by the RSPBA. We ourselves run workshops in Orkney with grade 1 drummers for side, tenor and bass drums. We have recently taken delivery of afull set of new drums.
