Coronavirus Support
Looking after your own mental, emotional, and physical health whilst adjusting to the ‘stay at home, protect the NHS and save lives’ rule is a new challenge that we are all facing. For some, that might be that they find themselves on their own and others will be in lockdown with their family. This is all at a time of great health uncertainty, strict social rules, and loss of usual routines. There is an added pressure to quickly learn new IT skills to keep in touch with work, family, and friends, maybe even learning to home school. We hope that the following support and advice we have put together here will be of use to everyone. We will review and update this regularly so please email us if you find something we can add. We will also share these links on our new Facebook page.
Please note: Third party videos and other links shared here are for general information only and do not necessarily represent the views of Relationships Scotland Orkney.
