Community Broadband

Community Broadband facilities have been set up on each island.

Laptops and printers have been installated at each of the three locations.

Booster Wi Fi aerials have also been erected to enhance the signal within the vicinity of the hub and anyone with a personal Wi Fi enabled device can use the signal if they are within range.

EGILSAY

Residents on Egilsay wanting access to the laptop and printer should contact Dave on 821301 or Chris 821238

WYRE

Residents on Wyre wanting access to the laptop and printer should contact Maureen 821392

ROUSAY

We are still experiencing connectivity issues in the general purpose room at Rousay school. [BT informed 18 Feb - waiting for response] Residents of Rousay wishing to use the community Broadband facility should contact the REWDT office on 821229 to check availability
