Welcome

Welcome to the website for the reunion on 8th August 2008 - hope life is treating you well.

This reunion is for those that started KGS in 1980 and for those folk that went to primary school with the same group but may have not gone to KGS. If you are unsure if this applies to you - please visit the page "Can I come to the Reunion?"

A few will be 40 already but for most of us, we will save that pleasure for throughout 2008!

After a letter in the paper a few of us started meeting regularly to get things planned and booked, etc - To see who is in the current group - go to the How to make contact with us page.

Progress so far is that we do have a bank account, we do have a website, we do have a venue booked for the Thursday and Friday night and so far we have made contact with over 200 people. There are still a few to find. Click on Where are they now? to see if you know the whereabouts of any of them.

Update 4/8/08 

142 Tickets have been sold and the final preparations are underway for the doo on Friday night.

We are meeting in the Legion at 3pm on Thursday to start decorating the hall and tables, anyone with the afternoon off work please feel free to come along and help.

On Thursday evening we will be having an informal gathering for anyone that wants to come along. This will take place upstairs in the Torvhaug from 8pm.

On Friday doors at the Legion will open at 7pm. On arrival you will receive your complimentary drink and get the chance to mix with others and view the display of photos before the official photos are taken. After we are seated the buffet will start at 8.30pm. We will draw the raffle at about 10pm before the festivities really begin.
