Orkney Zerowaste are looking for a reliable Office Administrator to organise and coordinate administrative duties and office procedures. The Administrator will undertake a variety of administrative tasks ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness and provide support to the Board of Directors. The person will be expected to attend board meetings once a month or as required to take and produce the minutes of meetings held by the board.
The successful candidate will be competent in prioritising and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy and be able to accurately handle a range of administrative duties. An interest in recycleables would be an advantage. Experience within a previous administrative role is essential.
