Update April 2008Champarancho and Tiquipaya CentreCarnival and new projectsBack in Bolivia!Christmas 2007Index May 2008by Barbara Ann - 22:20 on 05 October 2008Dear All,Thank you so much for your patience. We (Kimber my housemate and I) have replaced all that was stolen at the beginning of last month. We are now in a lovely apartment in the east of the city. It is a very nice part of town, and has some of the most incredible views. Every morning I awake, and look out of my bedroom window (from my bed) and I see the sun rising up from behind the Andean mountains. We also have a terrace out back that looks over the entire mountain range, and our sitting room looks over the city itself. So now that things are back to normal I am back to buying things for different organisations here. I have bought things for the mountain home in Sacaba, and I am planning visits to both the PAN Project and the feeding program at Champa Rancho next week. I shall write an update as soon as I have been to both places. I hope that all is well with everyone, and that you are enjoying the sunny days that I have been hearing about!
