Restart Orkney is a furniture reuse and recycling project which provides a unique and invaluable service to the Orkney community through the provision of low cost furniture and household goods.

We are very grateful to the general public who donate their unwanted furniture, allowing it to be given a new lease of life and sold on to a new home . Without the generosity of our donors Restart Orkney would not exist! Every penny made from the sale of donated goods helps to maintain the project and its services, providing a range of supported volunteering, training and work placement opportunities, as well as helping the environment by diverting tonnage from landfill.
