Yesterday the 7th of November Employability Orkney has been a registered charity for 16 years!

Over that time many things have changed but the one thing that has stayed the same throughout and that is our ethos.

So many people have walked through our doors with one thing in common, that they have the desire to get in to mainstream employment.

Our team may have changed quite a lot through this time but the desire to help individuals reach their true potential has stayed the same.
