The Healthy Communities group, as part of the Orkney Community Planning Partnership is committed to working together to tackle inequalities and create a healthy community where people live longer, healthier lives.
Their Joint Health Improvement Strategy sets out the strategic framework for improving health in Orkney and was developed by the Healthy Communities Group.
