NEXT CARRAIGE EVENT - Tankerness
Saturday 19th of May at Bryan Scott's farm, Netherhill, 11am
Everybody welcome to come along and either drive, long rein or ride. Now if the weather will play ball with us we'll maybe manage some sightseeing down at Rerwick head. We'll put up directions for parking at the farm nearer the time but we encourage you to come along as it's a nice area to ride/drive/long rein in. Take along some food and with any luck we could maybe eat it down at Rerwick and have a little picnic. Any questions please give April a ring, 721375 or find us on Facebook and put your questions there.
Can members please bring along a copy or show that they have their own horse insurance for the committee members to see. It is a requirement on joining the club that you do have your own insurance.

How do I start carriage driving in Orkney?
If you would like to join us on our drives out either as a groom/passenger or riding you are most welcome. Just get in contact with any member of the club or who ever is holding the drive and we'll be delighted to see you there.

Well that's our Blue door week finished and what a success it's been. A huge thank you to our volunteers and to everyone who donated items to sell. We couldn't have done it without you.

Provisions for Events The most important part of any Club drive is the food afterwards - if there are any recipes you wish to send us, please do... or check out the recipes already in the library! could add link here...
and remeber most drives and events have a communual meal - so bring along something to share!
