The Citizens Advice Bureau is independent, and provides free, confidential, impartial advice to everyone regardless of race, gender, sexuality or disability. The advice and information, advocacy and representation is provided by trained volunteers supported by professional advice, information provision and consultancy services of Citizens Advice Scotland
